ReacherPro Inc. ("ReacherPro," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered sales outreach platform available at reacherpro.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
By using our website or the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.
1Who this policy applies to
We handle two kinds of personal information, and our role is different for each:
Customer data: Information about the people who visit our website or sign up for and use ReacherPro. For this data, ReacherPro acts as the data controller.
Prospect data: Information about the people our customers contact through ReacherPro, such as names, job titles, company names, email addresses, and LinkedIn profile details. Our customers decide whom to contact and why, so they are the data controller. ReacherPro acts as a data processor on their behalf.
If you received outreach sent through ReacherPro and have questions about your data, see Section 9.
2Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information: your name, email address, company name, job title, and password when you register.
- Billing information: when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your card details directly. ReacherPro does not store full card numbers on its servers. We receive only limited details, such as the card type, last four digits, and billing history.
- Support communications: messages, attachments, and details you share when you contact us by email or chat.
- Newsletter and marketing sign-ups: your name and email address if you subscribe to updates.
Information from connected accounts
To run outreach campaigns, you may connect third-party accounts to ReacherPro:
- Email accounts (for example, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365): with your permission, we access the data needed to send emails, track replies, and manage your campaigns. We do not read or use unrelated emails for any other purpose.
- LinkedIn accounts: with your permission, we access the data needed to send connection requests and messages, view replies, and manage your LinkedIn outreach.
You can disconnect these accounts at any time from your account settings.
Information you upload or create in the Service
Prospect lists, contact details, campaign content, message templates, notes, and settings you upload or create.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, clicks, and time spent.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, approximate location based on IP address, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 8.
3How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running your campaigns;
- create and manage your account and process payments;
- generate AI-assisted content, such as personalized messages, based on the data you provide;
- respond to support requests and send service messages (for example, receipts, security alerts, and product changes);
- send marketing emails if you opted in, which you can unsubscribe from at any time;
- monitor and improve the Service, fix bugs, and develop new features;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and security incidents;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Legal bases (for users in the EEA and UK): we process data to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Service), with your consent (for example, marketing emails and non-essential cookies), and to comply with the law.
AI processing: ReacherPro does not use your customer data or prospect data to train general-purpose AI models. Data sent to AI providers is used only to generate output for your account.
We do not sell your personal information.
5International data transfers
ReacherPro service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6Data retention
Account data: kept while your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize it within 90 days, except where we need to keep it longer.
Prospect and campaign data: kept as long as you keep it in the Service. It is deleted within 90 days after account closure.
Billing records: kept as long as required for tax and accounting laws.
Support conversations and logs: kept for up to 12 months unless needed longer for security or legal reasons.
We may keep limited information longer when necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with the law.
7How we protect your data
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls limited to staff who need access, and secure handling of the tokens used for connected accounts. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
9If you were contacted through ReacherPro
If you received an email or LinkedIn message sent by one of our customers using ReacherPro, that customer controls your data and is responsible for having a lawful reason to contact you. To opt out, ask how your data was obtained, or request deletion, please contact the sender directly or use the unsubscribe option in the message.
If you can't reach the sender, email us at [email protected]. We will pass on your request to the relevant customer and help where we can.
Our customers must follow applicable laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL, as well as the rules of the platforms they use, such as LinkedIn's User Agreement. We prohibit using ReacherPro for spam or unlawful outreach.
10Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Delete your personal information;
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
- Data portability, meaning receiving your data in a commonly used format;

- Complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. ReacherPro does not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We aim to respond within 30 days.
You can also update most account information directly in your account settings.
11Children's privacy
ReacherPro is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect.
