How AI credits work
Every seat brings a monthly allowance. Each time an AI feature runs, it deducts credits from it; everything else is free to use.

A warning at 80%
Owners and admins get an email and an in-app banner with credits used, credits left and the renewal date — time to react before anything stops.
If they run out
AI follow-ups and AI lead list searches pause until credits renew. Connection requests keep going without a note, so campaigns never stall.
Everything else keeps working
Campaigns without AI steps, conditions, lead import, the inbox and the dashboard never use credits.
